“I just want it to work!”
Those are the words of George Guastello, President and CEO of Union Station. When George assumed the leadership duties of managing Union Station, he assembled his team to maximize the use of the facility and its impact on the City.
Integrity IT Solutions was chosen to be the IT provider because, “We knew we were at risk. We needed someone who knew our culture, had the technical capabilities to allow us to partner with us to achieve our goals. Jason Egli is creative, innovative, determined, socially astute with business acumen, and embodies the entrepreneurial spirit to get our IT needs up to date and functional.” Systems were sorely broken, ticket hackers early on were able to counterfeit tickets because security was almost non-existent.
Integrity began with Union Station journey in 2010, when it was determined technology was a mess, and created a lack of confidence the systems in place at that time were not adequate to meet the demands of the Union Station Programs and tenants. Integrity took over the entire IT operations and developed a plan that addressed immediate and long-term plans for hardware, servers, software and desktop support. The servers, routers, switches and telecommunications have been totally replaced and maintained since the partnership began.
The money saved since Integrity IT Solutions has been Union Station’s partner is significant. From the money saved when Union station replaced their 1 ½ full-time equivalent in-house IT employees with Integrity IT Solutions, upgrades in all aspects of technology were made. The cost-savings continue to be realized while receiving superior, uninterrupted service.
As Union Station has grown, Integrity IT Solutions has grown with us. They continue to build their Team with like-minded professionals who understand exceeding customer expectations. “Their responsiveness ensures our computer systems will always be up and running at a high level of security.”
“Integrity, from an IT perspective, allows me to sleep at night,” says George.
